Xerox WorkCentre 5745 configuration page

The configuration page from a Xerox WorkCentre 5745 (called the system configuration report) copier is two pages long (one page double-sided) with a lot of information.  It includes network setup information (such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and SMTP settings), paper tray settings, security settings, and much more.  To print the configuration page:

- Press the Machine Status button.
- On the Lcd, select the Print Reports icon.
- Information about the system configuration report will be displayed; select Print Report.

Xerox Phaser 5500 configuration page

To print a configuration page from a Xerox Phaser 5500 printer:

- On the main Lcd, scroll to Information if its not already highlighted.
- Press the OK button to select it.
- Scroll down to Information Pages.
- Press the OK button.
- Scroll down to Configuration Page.
- Press the OK button.

The instructions for printing a configuration page (configuration report) from a Xerox WorkCentre 4250 or WorkCentre 4260 can be found on page 9 of the system administration guide.  They are listed here as well, for easy reference:

- Press the Machine Status button
- On the Lcd, select the Information Pages tab
- Select System Configuration
- Select Print
- Select Close

Xerox ColorQube 9201 total page count

To view the total page count for a ColorQube 9201:

- Press the Machine Status button.
- Select the Billing Information tab. The total counter will be displayed.
